Biography
Dr. Cecil has been a veterinarian who has treated avian and exotic species, exclusively over the last 20+ years. After finishing a 2-year internship in avian/exotic medicine and surgery, he became a Board Certified Specialist in Avian Practice through the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. Along the way he has accumulated a depth of experience in avian, reptilian, exotic companion, amphibian, piscine and wildlife medicine. He is a strong supporter of local exotic pet rescue groups and a frequent lecturer.
