My hamster has his left side a lump and dry skin he eats and drinks water hes a active hamster. Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 22 days old | 1lb

This lump appears to be an abscess or neoplasia and should be assessed by a veterinary in order to provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. A veterinary intervention earlier in the progression of the problem probably has a better prognosis. Good luck.
