My dog threw up yellow bile and a strange object. Home remedies?

Panda has had on and off morning where she has thrown up this yellow bile. This morning she threw up on my bed this long brown object and I’m concerned what to do about it now. A vet visit would be financially tough right now. Are there any home remedies? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 23.5 lbs

She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer Panda boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If she continues vomiting or is not eating, take Panda to the vet to get treatment.
