My puppy ate antifreeze and is having seizures. Can she be saved?

My puppy is 2 months old. Her name is biscuit I think she got a hold of antifreeze and ate it. She had a seizure and we aren't able to take her to the vet. I'm not sure what to do because she is vomiting and is very stiff. Can My puppy be saved ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs
