Why is my dog itching and licking paws? Is it allergies or her wipes?

Hello! I've been noticing that Mia has been itching these past couple of days. I don't see any bites on her so it don't think it's fleas or anything like that. Not sure why she's like licking at her paws a little bit, or like gnawing on her back leg sometimes. It's not excessive, just more than usual. I was also wondering of she could be allergic to the wipes I use for her after a walk? I gave her a haircut last week too. Any recommendations on what to use as a shampoo, etc.? Thank u in advance! Yes, a contact allergy is very possible, wipes are a very common culprit. An oatmeal or aloe vera shampoo can help as well a an omega fatty acid supplement. If not improving a full vet check and prescription medication would be recommended
