My robo hamster is limp, bleeding, and collapsed. Is it wet tail?

Uh so if someone could help please! My fiance and I have a robo and I went to check on her and found her kinda dragging herself around before she collapsed. I picked her up and her eyes are half closed if not fully and her body temp was low and she was limp. Theres blood around her butt/genitals and her breayhing was a bit heavy and labored. She hadn't been moving for about half an hour and shes suddenly attempted to start moving in short bursts like she was trying to get away. She also bi. Although uncommon in robos, the symptoms described may indicate wet tail. This is a serious bacterial infection that should be addressed by a veterinarian. Keep her warm and as stress free as possible and have her examined by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Keep the cage clean and dry as well.
