What's the best way to help my dog recover quickly from spay surgery?

Tofy sterelisation OVH was done today. I have attached the stitches picture. Is the stitches normal? Because she just licked, now I have put E-collar. I have also attached few medicine. Veteranian gave me. I'm applying fly repellent and betadien solution in the incision site. What more can I do to heal her faster! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 27 lbs

Stitches look ok. You should cover the incision, best put a t-shirt on her, so thee flies do not get to the wound. That is better than spraying fly spray. There is no need to betadine on the wound. Give all the medications your vet prescribed.and keep the e-collar on her. All will be perfect
