My cat pees often, itches, has a red belly, and smells bad. Help!

Hello! I have a female cat and I’ve been seeing her going to her little box to many times and taking a little bit longer to pee small amount also she have a strong bad odor, also she have a redness spot on her belly and she’s been itching a lot. Thank you!

Poor Cindy! If she's having trouble going potty, I would be concerned there is an issue such as a urinary infection causing her problems. If she is also having some sort of allergic reaction or smells badly, there could also be a skin infection going on, or something else underlying that is causing all of her symptoms. Since she has a lot of symptoms ongoing, bringing her into your vet is best to have her examined, urine tested, bloodwork done, etc to try and find the cause.
