Why does my dog still have dandruff on his back after bathing?

I tried 2-3 types(including some antidandruff ones) of shampoo but dandruff seems to come again after his bath, also the dandruff is specific to particular spots and it only at some spots on his back. He is a good boy any help is appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 45 lbs

Hi there! I often recommend a nice, soothing oatmeal shampoo for dogs. And you can add some omega 3 fatty acid supplements to the food! Try the shampoo for a few weeks, and if it's not improving, Jackie should see his veterinarian to see if he needs some prescription strength shampoo and/or conditioning spray and/or oral medications.
