Why is my dog panting, stomach hard, hiding, and farting unusually?

Hello my dog is panting oddly, but gums look normal. We thought her rectum looked like it was buldging maybe? We flipped her over and rubbed her belly and she started farting. Stomach feels hard and she’s kind of hiding which is unusual. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 14 lbs

These are generic signs of possible early stages gastroenteritis and possible abdominal discomfort. More signs like diarrhoea and vomiting are possibly developing but at this stage presentation is quite generic. i would recommend to monitor her at this stage and if signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence a check up would be required.
