Is it safe for my dog to use stairs 4 days after spay surgery?

Our peekapoo was spayed 4 days ago she is doing well we take her cone off to give her a break but put her in a baby onesie with hole cut out for tail . She had her cone on and snuck down stairs when I was out of the room should I be concerned that she did the stairs? We have been carrying her everywhere. Pet's info: Dog | Peekapoo | Female | spayed | 11 years and 8 months old | 10 lbs

I think she will be fine provided she does not jump and race around for a long time. hopping down stairs likely will not hurt her, climbing the stairs may be more of a problem. She is allowed to walk, so you do not have to carry her everywhere.
