Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. The black thing that you have taken a picture of looks to be a normal pigmentation pattern we see in cats in that region. Not drinking much, sleeping more and not pooping for a week are concerning. Cats can get severe constipation and this can be very severe. I would recommend a visit to the vet for this. They might be able to diagnose her just by doing a rectal exam, but they might need to take x-rays. If she is constipated they can do an enema and give you medications to help soften the poop. They also would likely check her bloodwork to see if they can find an underlying cause for the constipation. She could also have a blockage in her gut causing her to not be pooping, xrays are good to check for this as well. Biting everything could be a sign of stress/anxiety if she is painful from something such as constipation. Best of luck with Kitten, I hope she feels better soon!
