My dog has a red, raised mole-like bump on her ear. Should I worry?

You My dog has a mole looking thing on her ear. It is raised off the skin and about the size of a dime. It is reddish in color. Do I need to be concerned

It looks like a papilloma wart. I would not be worried at this stage unless it is bothering her, grows in size or does not heal (it looks she may have scratched it). You can apply a thin layer of Neosporin to it a couple times a day for now until it is healed. It is always best to have any abnormal masses checked out by your vet in person as I cannot diagnose over the internet. I can only give you my best guess as to what I think it is. Hope this helps.
