You My dog has a mole looking thing on her ear. It is raised off the skin and about the size of a dime. It is reddish in color. Do I need to be concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Wheaten Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 years old | 42 lbs

It looks like a papilloma wart. I would not be worried at this stage unless it is bothering her, grows in size or does not heal (it looks she may have scratched it). You can apply a thin layer of Neosporin to it a couple times a day for now until it is healed. It is always best to have any abnormal masses checked out by your vet in person as I cannot diagnose over the internet. I can only give you my best guess as to what I think it is. Hope this helps.
