My lab has its swollen spot under his mouth I don't know if he cut it on a rose bush or something but i just want to make sure it's not serious or anything. It seems to itch him what could I put on it? Could it be serious?

It looks pretty swollen by the pictures. Cellulitis, abscess, or tumor would all be possibilities. I would recommend that he be seen by a veterinarian tomorrow if possible. If it is an abscess it should be drained and he will need antibiotics. If it is something else, the veterinarian will guide you on their recommendations. Good luck and I hope he heals quickly.
