My dog scoots her bottom on the floor before pooping. Is this normal?

Mila keeps scooting her bottom on the floor, she usually does this when she's about to poop but I wanted to see if this was abnormal.

Thank you for clarifying what Mila is doing? Scooting the bottom is a sign of an itchy bottom, and is likely due to intestinal worms or impacted anal sacs. If she isn't up to date on her deworming treatments, you will need to get one from the vet. You can also check with the vet to see if her anal glands need expressed.
