Why is my chicken pale, tired, not laying, and pooping neon yellow?

Hello, Im not sure if you help with pet chickens but if you do i need help with mine, I have four chickens their all female and are around 7 months old i raised them sense they were chicks. One of them is getting pale, smaller, more tired and not moving, she stopped laying eggs, and is pooping neon yellowish. What should i do? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 24 days old | 3 lbs

Separate her from the flock. Consider an exam with your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating domestic fowl. Submit a sample of the droppings to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth. Keep her warm and as stress free as possible until she sees the vet. Provide a fortified diet or layer feed. You can moisten it with warm water to make a mash that may stimulate her appetite.
