My dog is trembling and acting strangely. Should I be worried?

My chug is having tremors and displaying strange behavior -- digging in trashes, licking everthing (rugs, comforters,etc) and going under the bed. Could all of these symptoms combine to be something of concern? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 4 months old

The fact that he is having tremors and exhibiting strange behavior is a little concerning. The best thing would be to have your veterinarian do a physical exam to determine if there is a problem. Your vet can run the lab work and take x-rays, if needed, to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. He could have an neurological problem, infection, metabolic/endocrine disease, gastrointestinal issue, etc.
