What is that red scab on his ear? At first he just had dry skin on the edges of his ears now the dry skin is gone and that scab has appeared he always drags his ears on the Astro turf to scratch them and also he shakes his head all the time and he makes this snorting noise whenever we're playing and after drinking. Dry skin and scabs on the ears along with itching could be a sign of allergies, an ear infection, some types of mites, or autoimmune diseases.
