My 8-month-old puppy is shaking, falling, and not alert. What's wrong?

My 8 month old is Shaking , she can't stand up without falling over like her equilibrium is off, she is not drinking water, nose is dry, not alert, kinda delusional. This all started today out of nowhere..help!! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 40 lbs

Unfortunately rhese are fairly non specific signs, but in a dog as young as Chloe my first concern would be some type of poisoning, or toxin ingestion. I would advise immediate care at an emergency facility in order to run lab woe and start figuring out what could possibly be going on. I wish I could tell you more, but I am definitely concerned, and I would get her right in.
