My dog's penis is swollen, he's licking, and has a rash. What's wrong?

Good afternoon, I have a male German-Husky and in the past 3 days he has been licking and biting his genital area. Like he's trying to stop the itch. Just awhile ago his penis is way huge then it suppose I think. Help, he's freaking me out. It also looks like he has a rash on his balls. Help... Pet's info: Dog | Husky | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 115 lbs

Poor Drax. Its sounds like he may have some type of skin infection or even an allergy in his groin. You should place a cone on him to prevent him from licking and chewing as this will only cause more trauma. He will need to be seen by a veterinarian for skin testing and treatment with anti-inflammatories and/or antibiotics as needed.
