Dog skin problem? How to treat at home when vet isn't available?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 55.12 lbs

Can u please tell what is it and how can I treat it at home if you can suggest me suitable shampoo or ointment accordingly will also be good as vet is not taking any appointments due to lockdown... Please do help me

It may be local infection or inflammation. A physical exam would be required for confirmation. Use diluted betadine or chlorhexidine dilution to clean the area daily. Place an e-collar (cone) on her to prevent licking. If there is no sign of improvement in 2-3 days, then Coco will need to be seen by a veterinarian. Prescription medications may be necessary.
