Why is my dog burping, sick, and not eating with an upset tummy?

The last 2weeks buzz has been burping a lot his breath smells been sick once and has bouts of feeling sick , on and off I can see he is uncomfortable in his tummy as he gets restless then it goes , his poos are fine and is going normally although I have noticed that his poos have become thinner, He is eating but don’t seem to enjoy his food like he did , he is on Rimadyl which is on going for hip displysia and , I’ve found a hard lump on his rib a few days ago could ithat be why ? It sounds like Buster's tummy is upset. This could be due to many reasons including bacterial overgrowth, a medication reaction, stomach acid, dietary intolerance or perhaps an oncoming disease like kidney disease. I recommend to play it safe and have Buster examined. The doctor may recommend to check his blood levels to make sure everything is ok internally.
