My kitten had ringworm. Vet says in blood, untreatable, no meds?

Hi. I have a 5/6 month old kitten named Armani. She had ringworm for about 2 months because we couldn’t afford to take her to a vet. She shows no signs of it at all, though. The vet said that it is in her blood stream, that she’s too young for oral medication, and that it’s untreatable. They don’t want to vaccinate her for anything. I need a second opinion. I read that you can give oral meds to a cat over 8 weeks old. I’m confused, and worried for my kitten. Please help.

I'm confused too. Ringworm doesn't travel in the blood stream, so that makes no sense that the vet said it was in her blood. Armani does need to be vaccinated. I would take her into another vet in your area.
