My pigeon won't drink, stands, and has white poop. What's wrong?

My pigeon doesn't drink water. She is standing all the time. From yesterday morning she has been standing. Her poop is white in colour. What happened? Please tell me. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Thanks for reaching out. White feces could possibly be increased urates, which could be a result of dehydration or kidney problems. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Try wetting vegetables or pellets in an attempt to increase water intake. You can offer water via a syringe if possible. Good luck.
