Why is my 5-month-old puppy's nose and tongue warm? Should I worry?

My border Collie is 5mo old his tongue is very warm and a warm nose should I be worried

If he is acting fine, playful, active, eating well, drinking water, eliminating normally, doing everything that he should do as a normal healthy puppy, there's nothing to worry about. A dry or warm nose is just that, dry or warm, and it doesn't reflect anything more than that. If however, he doesn't want to eat, is lethargic, sleeping more than normal, anything not his normal behavior, he should be seen by your vet as soon as possible for an exam.
