Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 5.2 lbs
I have a question and i dont know wether its serious or not. My cats fur falls alot and when i do take her to the vet they always tell me that its because of the change of season but now this have been going on for a year straight and its just increasing. She has fur on her like perfectly but the amount she shreds is unbelievable. To help this i use a shedding glove and a deshedding brush but still he fur still falls. So what can be the reason for this?

Some cats shed more than others and it is probably mostly related to the type of coat. As long as her skin looks normal and the vet is not concerned I think it's unlikely there is a medical reason for the hair loss.
