My cat has strange mouth injuries. Do I need to take her to the vet?

I have noticed some strange injuries in the mouth of my cat. What are these? Do I need to take her to the vet?

Those wounds could represent an injury (perhaps a bite/scratch from another cat) or they could be the signs of a tooth root abscess. It's best to ply it safe and have Paro examined by the veterinarian. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
