What can I give my two dogs to stop them from scratching themselves and licking their paws in the summertime. They wear flea & tick collars all year round so I think they have allergies to grass or pollen. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old | 22 lbs
