My puppy has tiny bites on stomach. Is it serious or an allergy?

My dog is 10weeks old and shes a beautiful Pitbull Mastiff pup. Today I left for work around 8:30, but when I got back around 11. I noticed her stomach, up to her armpits were covered in tiny bites. Shes not acting different or strange. Shes actually very playful. But its worrying me so I thought I'd take a shot and try to figure out if it was serious or not. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 12 days old | 20 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Raven! From your pictures she either has a skin infection or is experiencing an allergic reaction. Since she is young I would make a Vet appointment for this week to have the skin looked at. They can provide antibiotics if it is a skin infection or antihistamines and steroids if it is an allergic reaction. I wish you the best!
