My dog has a skin rash on her tummy and scratches her legs. Help!

My dog has a skin rash on her tummy but she scratches her legs all the time she is an inside dog and this just started she very light skin too what can I do to make her better

Poor Girl! I would try giving her some benadryl twice a day. See link below. You can also bathe her in a calming shampoo like duoxo calm. I would also start her on an omega 3 fatty acid. If this doesn't help and she continues, I would have your vet take a look at her. She could have a bacterial infection and needs antibiotics or a stronger allergy medicine like steroids or apoquel.
