What's this hole in my dog's ear with white skin around it?

My German boxer 9 yrs old has a hole in the middle of his ear with whit skin around it??? Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | 65 lbs

This could be a little abscess or infection or a small tumor or cyst. If it is not oozing or discharging pus, nor growing , there is no rush to see a vet, however you may want to make an appointment to have it examined. You may need an ointment for this lesion or it may have to be removed, or, at best, maybe nothing needs to be done.
