GD evening! I ha e 2 heelers--1 is blue, and 1 is red. They are approximately 10/12 weeks old. I have wormed them, I have put flea tick on there backs as directed, I have bought every kind of shampoo and conditioner for dogs(flea and tick), they still scratch themselves so much it rubbing the hair off them. Pls advise me on what to do. I'm new to this area and I not a regular veterian. Thank you for your help and time.

This could be mange. I suggest you find a vet near you to have them checked. They will need a special medication to treat it if it is mange. You should have a vet anyway that you establish a relationship with.
