Why does my dog have itchy, scaly skin, hair loss, and neck sores?

Anyone might know what this is? It’s pourous, scaly, no hair deep into Mia’s neck. She’s been itching a lot so I did the routine skin check and found this one her and other sores. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | spayed | 7 months and 11 days old | 25 lbs

This is probably caused by an allergic reaction. first of all make sure you de-flea Mia regularly every month with a high quality spot on (ex. Advantage) as fleas are by far the most common reason for these reactions. If the fleas are not the problem, it could be an allergic reaction to food or an environmental factor. this is more complicated to treat and will sometimes require medications such as Steroids, anti histamines or Apoquel in order to stop the allergy.
