My new puppy smells bad after a bath. What's wrong and what can I do?

I just got my puppy today and he smells really bad. I gave him a bath with a 2 in 1 dog shampoo but still smells it’s not as bad but he still smells is there anything I can do to correct this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
