Is it safe to give cat a bath to help with constipatipn? Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Female

It won't harm her unless she gets stressed during bath time. It likely will not help her much either. Increase her water intake by offering canned food or mixing in warm water with her dry food. If she is straining to defecate, vomiting or has a decreased appetite, then she should be physically examined by your veterinarian. She may need to be sedated and emptied manually.
