My puppy chewed thread, needle missing. I'm worried he swallowed it.

Hello i have a concern that one of my two puppies mabey have swallowed a Needle i am not sure because i was not home at that moment i just found some chewed thread and it had a Needle before but when i returned home the thread was chewed and there was no Needle both of the puppies are acting as usuall but i am worried and i Cant get any vet help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 9 days old | 3 lbs

It can be very dangerous if this occurs as the needle can puncture internal organs. If this is not possible, then thoroughly search your home for the needle.
