What dog food brands are safe to switch from grain-free due to DCM?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 102 years and 2 months old | 16.2 lbs

I just heard about DCM from grain free or boutique food. Toffee has been on grain free Fromm and I want to switch her, are there recommended brands

Hello, I prefer to use the adult maintenance diets from Royal Canin, however most of the commercial adult breed dog diets from Purina which you may both get from your pet store are also great dog foods. Ultimately, any diet that is not grain free would be adequate and would also be dependent on if he has any other food sensitivities to chicken or beef which are the 2 most common protein sources. Always ensure that which ever diet you decided to go has been formulated to meet AAFCO standards and is FDA approved. You will find these certificates on the back of the food bag most often, and should be clearly stated by law. Hope this helps and best of luck.
