My dog is scratching off her fur and has a hard lump on her stomach by one of the tits. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 4 months old | 13 lbs

Since she is older and not spayed, I would be concerned the lump is the start of mammary cancer. It should be checked by your vet before it gets to large to see what it is attached too and if surgery is needed Scratching may be from allergies or irritation.
