If you are talking about the circular areas on her skin along her lower abdomen and the small red areas on her belly, you might be seeing evident of a puppy pyoderma. Pyoderma is an overgrowth of the normal bacteria on the skin. It is very common in puppies and can appear as small red areas, red bumps, white bumps, crusts (scabs), or even rings (called collarettes). Pyodermas in puppies sometimes require antibiotics, but are often easy to resolve with medicated wipes, so your veterinarian may recommend those. Good luck! The pictures are a little blurry, but in a 5 month old puppy, it may be what we call "puppy pyoderma." As their little bodies are growing, they can get small pustules, and when they open and start healing, it can leave a red spot that may look a little crusty. It isn't a concern unless they are spreading rapidly or seem to cause discomfort.
