My dog has spreading spots on her belly and neck. What should I do?

we left her with a relative for the past week for thanksgiving, and when we picked her up it seems what we thought were just a few spots travelled all the way up her belly towards her neck. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old | 66 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like a focal infection. You can try to use a chlorhexidine containing shampoo to bathe her twice weekly for a week. You may find these online or at your local pet store. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good night!
