My cats still scratch after Advantage. How often should I reapply?

How often should I use Advantage? I applied the Advantage to both cats about a month ago and they are both still scratching. The short-haired male had eggs in his neck fur, and I have removed all of them. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10 lbs

Hello! Advantage is supposed to be used every 30 days, so it is likely that they are overdue for their next dose and that is why the fleas have returned. You can go ahead and apply their next dose, then be diligent for the next couple of weeks about cleaning bedding in the house to remove any flea eggs from remaining in the environment.
