Hello, I am sorry to hear about Hope. Hair loss and itching can be a sign of an underlying skin problem in cats. They can have parasites, skin infections, or other conditions. Lethargy is a nonspecific symptom in cats, meaning that it could be secondary to what is going on with her skin or could be a sign of a systemic problem. I would recommend having Princess evaluated by your veterinarian. They can perform an examination and determine the need for other diagnostic testing. They may recommend skin testing such as a skin scrape. Additional testing such as systemic bloodwork may also be warranted depending on the exam findings. Hope this helps, good luck!
