Hi there. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done for that. In most dogs it's due to some sort of nerve compression from aging changes in the skeletal system. You can try acupuncture, in some dogs that has helped. You can also do a diaper to keep things clean and just make sure it's changed often. I hope that helps.
