My cat pees on walls and poops on floor. Why and how to fix?

My female 9 year old tabby cat has been peeing on the walls and pooping on the floor (we have another cat too). Why and how can i fix this? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 lbs
