Is it safe to brush my dog's teeth with baking soda at home?

Hi thiis is for sadie. Quick question is it safe to brush the dogs teeth with baking soda?

It is not a good idea. Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate - if Sadie swallows a lot of that, that high sodium can cause her some serious issues. Baking soda also does not taste very good so Sadie probably won't like it. It is best to use toothpaste made for dogs.
