My dog is licking her chest raw. What's wrong and how to treat?

She's been licking her chest a lot and it's hurting her. I might take her to the vet tomorrow morning. Any product recommendations for this? Any advice on what should I do? Any idea what it might be? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 3 months old | 4 lbs

Poor little Bella! It looks like she could have a rash, and it could be caused by allergies or a skin infection. I definitely think she should see the vet tomorrow. Try giving her an oatmeal bath tonight to see if that helps her, and put an Ecollar on her to keep her from licking it. I will put a link below on how to make one at home.
