Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 30 days old
So, my new kitten is arriving home this evening, but apparently, she's very very VERY scared and crying all the time (she's with a family member at the moment). What can I do when she comes home so that she calms down? (Also now I feel bad for her beeing so scared... :c)

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Halley. I would place her in a small quiet room when she comes to your room. Place her food and water in one area and the litter box as far away as possible. Give her time alone to adjust to her surroundings. Then you can try to offer her affection, treats or playtime with toys. Every kitten is different in the amount of time it takes to settle into a new home. Be patient and she should adjust just fine. Good luck!
