My 5-month-old puppy has watery, mucousy poop. Is it serious?

have a 5 months old Bullador, today, after giving her a probiotic pill. I saw that she was coughing and seemed to be trying to hack out the pill. So I filled her dog bow with water, probably about 2 cups. I also mixed in some chicken broth in there to get her to drink it. About 2 hours later, I came downstairs to find two large pile of watery poop. They were kind of mucusy when I examine them. They were brown on the inside. Her stool this morning was normal. She’s behaving normally.

The diarrhea looks very dark, this is usually a sign of bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract, it is advised in such a case to seek veterinary medical attention as the condition may be very serious, i recommend taking Emma to the vet ASAP.
