My kitten is shedding a lot and getting hairballs. What can I do?

Hi. My kitten didn't have hair fall up until now. It's been about a week that she's having some hair fall So I brush her everday. It makes a hair ballsmaller than a walnut bigger than hazelnut if I don't brush her

I am sorry to hear about your kitten's hairball problem! I would consider trying an over the counter hairball laxative, such as Laxatone. These are available at most pet stores and are flavored so most cats will eat them on their food or lick them off if you put a little on top of their foot. There are also some diets available for cats prone to hairballs that have a higher fiber content to help digestion.
