Hi there! I would recommend taking her into the vet to find out the cause of diarrhea. Diarrhea caused by intestinal parasites can be treated with a simple dose of dewormer- a common brand is called Drontal. If she's having diarrhea because she is sick, she may be at risk for getting dehydrated and needing fluids, nutritional support, or antibiotics. They can test for parasites with a fecal exam and determine is she is stable and hydrated from their physical exam. For now, I would encourage the kitten to eat and drink by adding warm, low salt chicken broth to her food. I hope this is helpful!
